DOCUMENTING YOUR QUALITY SYSTEM

 

The basis of your quality system is your documented and controlled procedures. This course provides you with the understanding to prepare them. Through group activities and individual participation, you will gain skills to determine and develop the documentation needed to comply with the requirements of ISO 17025 and /or ISO 9000, and the NATA General Requirements for Registration.

 

Designed for: Representatives from the implementation team and other key functional groups.

Learning Outcomes: Upon completion, you will be able to list the documents required in your quality system, and you will have the skills and knowledge to prepare them. You will understand the requirements of document control systems, and have completed selected documentation required in your quality system.

Content: Why have documentation, document system structures, document control, the quality manual, procedures, work instructions, test methods and quality records.

Format: 1 x 8 hour session

 

This module of training usually occurs after the Understanding Quality Systems module has been completed, as it builds upon the understanding and skills gained from these modules.
