PLANNING YOUR QUALITY SYSTEM

The successful development of your quality system requires an overall implementation strategy and sound planning. Through group activities and individual participation, you will gain skills to develop and manage an implementation plan for your organisation

Implementation planning includes the identification of basic types of planning, key project elements, key milestones and essential planning tools.

 

Designed for: Quality coordinators, implementation team, and other key staff involved in the implementation and management of your quality system.

Learning Outcomes: Upon the completion of the course, you will have partially completed strategic, tactical and operational implementation plans. You will also understand the principles and application of planning tools.

Content: Review of planning responsibilities and the planning process, as well as the steps required to prepare, document and implement your quality system.

Format: 1 x 8 hour session

This module of training usually occurs after the Understanding quality system module has been completed, as it uses the outputs from this module.
