EMPLOYEE UNDERSTANDING OF QUALITY SYSTEMS

 

In order that they can function effectively and efficiently within the laboratory quality system, your staff need to understand it. This training provides staff who are not involved in the implementation process with knowledge about, and understanding of your quality system

 

Designed for: All staff who work in your laboratory who are not actively involved in the implementation of your laboratory quality system.

Learning Outcomes: Upon completion, staff will understand what is involved in the maintenance of your laboratory quality system. They will be aware of their responsibilities in the day to day running of the quality system and understand how their actions impact upon it.

Content: Background and definitions, review of document control, non conformance reporting, internal audit system requirements and general responsibilities within the quality system.

Format: Multiple 4 hour sessions
